  • When we work as your buyer agent, our services cost you nothing.  The listing broker of any home you may purchase pay our fees.  We may actually save you money!

As your agent, we will provide the following services:

  • Assist and direct you to resources in qualifying for financing.  To start you can utilize the Mortgage Qualification Calculator  and the Mortgage Payment Calculator & Amortization Table .  The results of these calculators are informal. You will be subject to a credit approval from your financial institution.
  • Locate available homes, for you to preview online, that fit your style, price and location.  We will e-mail you listings that fit your search criteria.  Then you can choose the homes that you would like to view in person.
  • Arrange personal viewings of homes you would like to see in person and accompany you.
  • Assist you in making a decision on a particular home, citing the pros and cons.
  • Provide a market analysis report of recent home sales and current home listings to assist you in determining market value of properties.
  • Prepare the offer to be presented to the seller.
  • Assist you in setting up inspections.
  • Work closely with you, the lender, the closing attorney and the title company to make sure your closing goes smoothly and on time.  We will always be available via cell phone.
